Service description
We develop strategic plans for the specialisation of destinations in sports and outdoor tourism. These plans include the analysis of supply and potential demand, the identification of key stakeholders, a benchmark study of success stories and competitors, a set of conclusions and a competitive diagnosis, a strategic formulation, the proposal of an action plan and results indicators, and—if the client so wishes—the implementation of the aforementioned plan.
We select the segments with the most potential for development (professional/elite or amateur sports; federated and Olympic sports or amateur sports; senior, master or youth sports; women’s sports and LGTB sports; accessible sports; and corporate sports

Service description
We design sports event strategies for tourist destinations.
– We analyse the portfolio of events, considering its alignment with the values and resources of the destination, along with its compatibility and attractiveness for the target visitor profiles.
– We propose a calendar of events through our database of federations and private organisers of sports events, with the goal of creating and attracting new sports events as a tool for the socioeconomic development and positioning of the destination.
