2. Inventory of elements (assets) suitable for sponsorship:
– Definition of base sponsorship categories and activation ideas.
– Definition of considerations and economic valuation of each sponsorship element.
3. Preparation of the sponsorship dossier (pitch deck).
4. Mapping out of potential sponsors:
– Sponsorship contract.
– Monitoring of the implementation of the sponsorship programme.
5. Monitoring and reporting of results.
