We develop strategic plans for the specialisation of destinations in sports and outdoor tourism. These plans include the analysis of supply and potential demand, the identification of key stakeholders, a benchmark study of success stories and competitors, a set of conclusions and a competitive diagnosis, a strategic formulation, the proposal of an action plan and results indicators, and—if the client so wishes—the implementation of the aforementioned plan
