The Catalan Association of Nautical Stations is made up of six Nautical Stations: IN Roses Cap de Creus, IN l’Estartit – Illes Medes, IN Santa Susanna, IN Vilanova i la Geltrú, IN Costa Daurada and IN St. Carles de la Ràpita.

Need

Review the operating model of Catalan Nautical Stations and their fit with the tourism brands of the local tourism boards and of the Catalan Tourist Board.

Results

– Redefinition of the model of the Catalan Nautical Station.
– Design of the association’s roadmap for the coming years in terms of defining products and markets, and regarding the commercialisation of nautical destinations.
